In order to get Eagle Real Estate Investments Ltd. working for you, we offer the following options;
We become 50/50 partners. You provide the down payment (which you get back when the property is sold); in addition you receive your share of the proceeds. We do everything else. We find the right properties, rent them out, manage them, maintain them and collect the rent. You have no headaches, no hassles, and no concerns. It is a true win-win partnership. The partnerships are for 5 years with the option of pulling income after 1 year. A minimum investment of $60,000 to $70,000 is required to become a joint venture partner.
We pay high rates of interest on 1st and 2nd mortgages, which can include your RSPs. You can achieve better returns than those provided by mutual funds and GICs. This is legal, safe and best of all you are in charge because your lawyer, and accountant approve every contract and your money is secured by a real estate investment, which you can see and touch. A minimum 1st mortgage is $150,000 and a minimum 2nd mortgage is $20,000. The minimum term is 5 years.
Each and every property is a separate investment, with a separate legal title. Financial reports are available on each property on a monthly basis. In addition you can visit your property or properties at any time with notice to the tenants.
